Entering Our Factory - Behind a Pair of High Quality Socks

As a factory that has been established for over 20 years, I understand your concerns. So today, let me introduce myself and take you into our workshop~

1.A brief introduction to our factory

We were founded in 2003 and our factory covers an area of 35000 square meters. You may not have a concept of this number - in other words, we operate 300 looms simultaneously every day, and our monthly output can reach millions of pairs of socks.

But we don't want to just talk to you about scale. Large scale does not necessarily mean good quality, the real difference lies in the details. The following is the key point.

2.Our machines: not more is better, but more 'right' is better

We have 200 flat sock machines, covering five needle distances of 96, 108, 120, 144, and 168 needles.

What does needle spacing mean? Simply put, the higher the number of stitches, the finer and more complex the patterns can be made on socks.

100 terry machines for cushioned socks. If you need sports socks, hiking socks, or anything with extra padding in the sole and heel, this is where the magic happens.

Why does this matter to you?
Whatever sample you send us – we have the machine to match it. We don't turn away orders because we "don't have the right equipment."

3.Design ability and sample making: Three days for sample production, change until satisfactory if not satisfied

We have 3 in-house designers with years of experience. You can come to us with:

• A photo you found online

• A rough sketch on paper

• Even just a verbal description – "I want a retro striped mid-calf sock"

They'll turn that into a production-ready file.

And sampling? We have 2 full-time sample makers. No one else touches their time. Typical turnaround: around 3 days from your request to a physical sample.

Not happy with the first sample? We'll adjust until you are satisfied.

4.We have own packaging workshop

Maybe you've seen it before. Socks are ready, but packaging is late. The whole shipment gets delayed.

• Custom packaging (if you have your own brand design)
